or drink or smoke or take drugs.

Seven Steps to start your own party wherever you are:

1. Don't care what anyone else thinks
2. See the humor in the world today - no matter how bad or sad something seems, there is always a brighter side...
3. Dress up or accesorise to get in the mood.
4. Smile at strangers and don't worry if they smile back or not. Either way you are sharing your love.
5. Laugh at yourself - you are a beautiful individual with your own special quirks and hilarious mannerisms (ask your friends if you aren't sure). Don't you realise how funny you are?
6. Spread the love and invite people you meet to party also!
7. Let go and follow the party vibe wherever it takes you
