... introducing Rob Higley...

Rob is one of the most inspiring and 'human' people I have ever met. He has dedicated the last 28 years of his life to travelling the world in order to discover the secrets of human running. In recent years Rob has refined his model to the point where he is now able to impart his technique through a series of connected exercises and drills as a 'running teacher'.

Rob has just 'gone public' with the publication of his website at www.robsrun.org and will soon be travelling to Europe to work with athletes and to present his ideas.

This is a very exciting time for Rob and I'm delighted to announce that Rob will be giving a Seminar & Demonstration @ the '303 School of Life' in Surry Hills this weekend. Rob will be accompanied by Todd Hardie, one of his young, developing athletes.

Date - Sunday 26th June 2005
Time - 3pm to 5pm
Location - a stone's throw from Central Station. Leave a message if you need directions
Cost - $20 per person, free for under 16's

... and no, you don't have to wear your school uniform this time ;-)

See you there,
Dunstan
